"The room was quite functional but didn’t look like the pictures. Still it was clean and quite roomy and the hotel is in a great location to explore the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great, with enough choices for a good start to the day. It was a good value, well located choice for our first visit to Hanoi."

"The staff are very courteous and helpful. We had a concern about our AC system but got resolved in less than 2 minutes. The room is comfortable for 5 guests. Breakfast was great! The balcony was just right. Special thanks to Mimi, Celina, Dason, Robert, Lam. The housekeeping and the dining staff are super helpful and kind. I will recommend The Hanoi Signature Hotel to friends due to its accessibility to everything."

"The hotel was very conveniently located in the Old Quarter and the staff was great everyday including everyone, from the door man to the front desk manager. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. It’s really a nice place to stay. The rooms we booked had two queen size bed which is rare to see. It could host four people if needed with shared beds. It also has a pool on the roof top, a gym with basic equipment, spa, and the breakfast was delicious with varieties. Overall, the location, the hotel, and the staff were wonderful!"
