"Had an issue reaching the host at the beginning because the Vrbo site told her I canceled (I hadn't), so messages weren't going through. Once I reached her by phone, communication was excellent. Check-in and arrival instructions were super clear. Wi-Fi had a decent speed and was reliable in the dining and living room areas, though it didn't really reach the bathroom or bedroom - which also were areas where I couldn't get phone signal.
