"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do.
