Nice hotel and very welcoming staff. The Spa is great too. Only disappointment waa not being informed that Spa access is only until the time of check out 11am.

Britannia Palace Hotel Buxton & Spa
Upgraded to a Family Executive room which was spotlessly clean including the bathroom. Dinner plates at breakfast were tiny and were stone cold. Some of the hot breakfast items were cold which was disappointing

Clean apartment, good location, responsive staff. No elevator, would prefer more hooks in the bathroom and room and a full shower door for the bathroom.

5* Detached Stone Cottage with a Private Indoor Pool (Not Shared)
We've had a lovely stay at the cottage. The communication was very good and the owners made sure everything was okay. We are looking forward to coming back!
