"The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain. "

The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,"

"The appartment was very confortable and quiet. It is a 10 minutes flat walk from the old Carcassonne city and castle. Courtyard parking."

"Wow!!! Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely hostess, very gracious and helpful. Apartment faced major canal with locks, I could watch the boats come and go from apt window. Lovely sunset. 1 mile walking distance to historic town center / chateau-fort. Good restaurants. "

"I was not expecting to make my own bed or have to strip my own bed . The pics on Hotel.com rather give a false view of the property . It is a holiday camp style and very basic. No soap etc in bathrooms . Staff were lovely but very disappointed, I thought it was a hotel . "

"This house is quirky and ideal for a stay in a village. It is close to all the amenities of Cannes and is quiet and perfectly placed for walk to the village centre and also strolls through the wineyards. Highly recommended as an excellent, well equippped house."

"My partner and I chose this property for the views but also the privacy that it afforded - and we were NOT disappointed. For anyone who is looking for a beautiful, high spec property, with a HUGE balcony and wonderful views, yet with complete privacy - this place is a MUST! It has a huge driveway with FOB controlled gate, aircon that can be programmed per room, views to die for and wonderful facilities. The town of Caunes-Minervois is beautiful to walk through, and.there are lots of medieval...
