"We loved our four night stay at the Hotel Graal. Our room (executive) was newly refurbished with fabulous views of the coastline from a large sliding door/juliette balcony. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was lovely and very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Ravello with everything just a few minutes’ walk away and the bus stop for buses to amalfi is just up the road. We would highly recommend a stay here."

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made to feel special and welcomed with open arms, and a freshly squeezed lemon drink. The dining dinner menu created by Chef Andre was exquisite. Our server Mauro made the experience even more fantastic with his attention to details, his friendliness and knowledge and his ability to fully communicate in English was fabulous. He was also so helpful in helping me improve my Italian. We loved the dining experience so much that we simply chose this to be our regular dinner restaurant for our entire stay in the area. And then the entire concierge team was extraordinary in guiding us not only to local attractions, but also to our future destination stops in Italy. I can’t say enough about Carmelo who gave us so much information about our next stops with suggestions on must see towns, tours and restaurants. He is one of the most fascinating and friendly person you will ever meet with incredible knowledge of Italy. For an absolute fabulous stay in or around Salerno area I highly recommend the Relais Paradiso. "

"The views were amazing! Even from the bathroom! The property was a hotel and residence combo. Someone was there to check us in. Short flight of steps then an elevator. Laundry facility was on the top floor. Unit was very spacious and clean with a nice kitchen area. There is a balcony with an ocean view. Shops and restaurants are within a couple blocks. 1-min walk to the beach and ferry stop. Staff was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant. Paid parking was right outside the door. 12 min drive to Amalfi."
