Superb air-conditioned T3 of 70m² in a new residence, extremely rare product, very well located, garage, roof terrace of 50m² with a 360 ° view of Cavalaire and the sea.
It consists of an entrance hall, an equipped American kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms: one with 3 single beds and the other with a 160 bed. Sheets and towels not provided but possibility for 15 € per person to get them. A bathroom with wc and a separate wc. A balcony at the level of these rooms and upstairs access to the roof terrace, with a pergola, garden furniture and a kitchen area with a grill. The pergola is equipped with lighting, ideal for evenings.
The apartment has WIFI and is equipped with a large screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a large hot air oven, a large fridge, a freezer, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large number of small household appliances (mixer, toaster, Nespresso machine, ...) and sufficient dishes). Kitchen towels not provided.
The rooms are equipped with top quality mattresses.

Bel appartement idéalement situé
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien equipé avec 2 belles chambres et 1 grand salon/salle à manger/ cuisine américaine. La grande terrasse sur le toit est super, avec une vue sur le port. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un vrai plus compte tenu des grosses chaleurs qu'il peut y avoir dans cette région. Idéalement situé dans une rue commerçante proche du port, de la plage, mais au calme. On peut tout faire à pied. Un grand merci par ailleurs à la propriétaire Anne-Michèle qui a eu à coeur de répondre rapidement à nos messages et qui a été particulièrement arrangeante pour notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Une semaine dans cet appartement est vraiment trop courte !! Proche de la mer avec superbe vue, proche des magasins et restaurations... pas besoin de la voiture qui peut rester dans le garage fermé. Top !!

Très bonne location avec un appartement très bien conçu et un emplacement plein cœur de ville : tout est à 2/3 minutes à pied ! Balcon et terrasse sont vraiment appréciables. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et arrangeants. Merci à eux pour ces excellentes vacances !
