This tastefully furnished apartment for six guests offers a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and a Sat-TV, an eating area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. There are two cozy bedrooms: a double and a twin (with a bunk bed). The apartment also offers a furnished balcony with a fireplace (grill not included), pool view, A/C, a safe, and a private parking space.
The residence is part of a complex of terraced houses with a swimming pool, located about 450 m from the private beach and the golden coast of Cavallino. Shops and restaurants are available nearby. The property is ideally situated between Lido di Jesolo and Punta Sabbioni, approximately 3.5 km and 10 km away respectively, both easily reachable by bus. From Punta Sabbioni, guests can access the ferry terminal with connections to Venice.
