We were only in Palau for 2 days at the end of September so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities but we’d definitely select this place again. "The hotel charged me 15 euros for the electric charging station and the car charger did not work at all. When I asked to be reimbursed, the receptionist became really mean!! It is not about 15 euros, in the grand scheme of things…I will likely never get reimbursed!! it is about how the receptionist who treated all the customers so poorly and was sooo condescending … They don’t have the customers and service in mind. (Roberto the night receptionist was great!)"

"Separate rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower with enough pressure, properly working air conditioning. The breakfast is great and with freshly ground coffee. They have a fixed lunch menu that is served until 18:30 so you have no worries about getting something to eat. The wine list is rather decent with nicely picked local organic reds, whites and rosés. Maora beach is within walking distance from the property so no worries about parking either. A great place to stay as a base to explore...

"Perfect for a week visit. Hard beds but we prefer a firm mattress so not a problem. Excellent daily breakfast and easy parking. We are very comfortable driving so great spot for us. If you don’t have a car you might want to stay downtown instead or in Palau. I suggest the hotel update their website as they do not have a restaurant as an American defines a restaurant. The hotel stopped serving dinner 4 years ago and has not updated their website to reflect this. No problem though- nice little grocery store right behind the hotel. Everything you need Our Family Standard suite did not have updated European electrical outlets so we needed to buy an adapter to plug in the converter we brought. The adapter was available at the grocery store for 2Euro. "
