"The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The room was unbelievable and everything was clean and worked properly. I can't wait to plan my next trip. Heads-up! - no matter how tempting do not open the windows unless you like being but by mosquitoes for the remainder of the trip."

"Beautiful building inside and rooms. Decent size for venician standards. Area was around 15 min walk to st marks square. I would say it’s ideal if you want to be in a quiet area but still close enough to the centre. A lot of shops around were close for the duration of our stay which was a shame. Staff were friendly but not overly so. When we were there we got absolutely drenched. In other hotels we were offered an umbrella on loan and also a dry service whilst here this was not the case. Was a shame and it would have made our stay a whole lot more enjoyable. Breakfast was good. The room could be bigger but we were the latest ones to arrive so plenty of space. "
