"We liked the location. Right in town. This what we didn’t like. We were not greeted at the property as stated. Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. "A very peaceful place to stay, in a valley village outside Herzberg. Room was very comfortable. The only gripe was that on "Hotels.com" it was described (in FAQ) as having an onsite restuarant, but it turned out that this was no longer the case. The optional breakfast was good though, served in the rooms, on a tray."
