"This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...

"This is a beautiful home situated close enough to walk and ride to almost everything you want to do in Bentonville. The house also has a great garage for your vehicle if you plan to drive anywhere. Beds are comfortable and the house has all you need."

"This home was advertised as pet and kid friendly but the backyard was disappointing for both. the toys were strewn all over the yard in pieces. the only thing the boys could plat with was the tee and soccer goal but they had to make sure they didn't step on anything else. the fence was also in bad shape with several places that my dogs were about to get out of."
