Large property over 50 acres with a beautiful lagoon, clean uncrowded beach and lots of activities for kids and adults. used the laundry service also which was exceptional."

"I stayed in this Hotel in the off-season - I was the only resident there! Bablu and Vijay were very helpful towards my needs...they even borrowed me their bicycle so I could fetch some essentials on the evening of my arrival. They arranged breakfast every morning and provided me with a map of Goa which allowed me to plan my excursions. Bablu gave me a takeaway menu from a local restaurant which was very useful on an evening. The area of the hotel was quiet and tranqil...just what I needed after...

"Very rundown. Looks like it has never had any maintenance work. Dirty. Lazy staff. Very dissatisfied as it is a good location and has great potential to be a nice place. "
