"The St Regis is Goa is an exceptionally good resort. The property is beautiful and very thoughtfully integrated with nature. The staff are outstanding in their attitude and kindness. We were travelling as a family including my mother who is in her 80s and she was a bit unwell for part of the trip. The caring approach of the staff towards her wellbeing was nothing short of exceptional."

"Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs.
