The loft suite was huge, well-maintained, clean and suited our needs for a family-friendly vacation spot. The pool area was clean and water temperature was perfect. Everything in the room spotless and everything worked as it should. No complaints about this resort and will rebook if we plan to visit Charlottetown PEI again."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. Each day there is a special event like tea and cookies in the evening or something equally enchanting. We would highly recommend to all our family and friends."
