"Weather was very hot ..room had a roof fan and a smaller fan ..was still very hot..the towel rail was full on very hot ..luckly found out how to turn it off..has hair dryer in draw worked well..had a meal which was very good large portions.. would recommend hotel... need a car as too far of main road for bus"

"Check in was ok , the staff were really helpful and polite . The room was very clean and tidy . Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and there was a variety of cereals, fruit , breads and small cakes . Also a very good hot drinks machines which was actually Hot !!! The staff were very helpful and polite . 10 / 10 to all . Don't forget to register your car on the parking pad ."

"This place is a little dated and in dire need of some TLC. A little time or money spent on the grounds could make this place amazing again, starting with the outsides. It is cheap enough to stay and the rooms although a little dated have great flooring all around including the bathrooms. The staff we interacted with were all friendly but they were a little off putting everytime we went past the reception there would be staff hanging around outside which made you feel uncomfortable, it was sunny but to leave you had to walk past them everytime."

"A solid affordable option for Cambridge. It is located next to a train station with frequent departures to Cambridge or it is one junction on the M11 to a Park & Ride facility, which makes this a good option for those with a car. Cars are a real nightmare in Cambridge, so an adjoining car park with public transport options is a plus. Staff were very guest focused, although they could use a few more of them. The elevator was not working during my stay, a real problem for those with accessibility issues but the staff were proactive in finding ground floor rooms. There is a simple cafe bar with a wide menu of options from snacks through to full meals. The reception and lounge is a good place to hang out without pressure to buy food and drinks. So if you need somewhere to work on a business trip this is a good option. There is breakfast buffet offering a solid range of options from full English to a light snack. The rooms are fine, in a good state of repair and very clean. The wifi is solid and there's a wide range of TV Channels, but I had no mobile reception which might be.a problem for some. I slept well. I will probably use this property again."
