"What to say that has not been already said? First, HUGE thank you to the gentleman who took our panicked call just before 6PM from the very late bus to Margs. He calmly assured us not to worry and walked us through the late check-in steps. Everything went smoothly. The property's grounds are gorgeous in addition to the comfortable and clean room. Kudos to the cleaning and gardening staff. Front desk staff are equally competent and wonderful. Highly recommend."

"La chambre était propre, mais ameublement très vieux, le motel est bien situé près du centre-ville et tranquille"

"Great location, and had everything we needed"

"When we arrived to check in it was self serve and we found the instructions to the room a little confusing, while looking for our room, we saw a member of staff who seemed to be irritated by our presence. When we got to our room it was neatly presented and clean. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite old and lumpy and you only get one pillow so we found that a little frustrating. The Expedia advertisement said it had a pillow menu but this was very far away from...

"No complaints."

"Dirk was very informative with places to visit and planning our day. Bed was comfortable and plenty of space in the room."

"Steve was very helpful in pointing out places of interest. Would definitely consider Edge of the Forest motel next time I stay in Margaret River."

"Lovely place to stay, beautiful continental breakfast every morning. Comfortable and close to the cbd"

"Such a cute place, great location. Room was stunning"

"Location is convenient near to many restaurants and supermarkets. Room is spacious and well maintained."

"Really good! They were able to accomodate my husband perfectly after an accident. The propertly was quite loud late at night with loud guests outside of our childrens window from 7pm."

"It was a wonderful place surrounded by nature. The staff were kind. The room was spacious and clean. It was a comfortable place to stay. I would like to use it again."

"Great location for a quiet stay. Private and secluded. Restaurants and shops are within a few minutes of driving distance."

"not terrible but very expensive for a room full of moths (i killed 40+ over the course of my 3-night stay). had to get the cleaning staff to mop the bathroom floor because it was covered in dead moths. five or so dead flies on the landing to the stairs for a couple of days (how did the staff not notice? i was going to tell them upon checking out but the receptionist was on the phone. whatever). the noise from the bar is all-pervasive, and it stops circa 9.30pm which is kind of OK but for how...

"The cottages are located in a great location and apart enough you feel like you are in you own bushland setting. Friendly kangaroos and wallabies join you every day. In winter the wood fire adds to the romance and ambiance. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, and BBQ outside.’ Close to Margaret river, delightful walking trails on the property and the onsite managers are friendly and responsive. Would certainly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway."

"Pam and Brad were very welcoming. The atmosphere was very friendly and well presented. Our room was comfortable and very large - had everything that we needed. We were able to do some laundry to catch up while we’re travelling. Breakfast was AMAZING! Fresh warm muffins each day (different each day), plenty of fresh fruit, cereal and yummy bacon and egg “cups”. The central location in the Margaret River area was very convenient for day trips without the overcrowding in Margaret River town. Highly...

"The 2 bedroom unit was quite spacious and roomy for the 2 of us. The bed and couches were very comfortable so it feels like home. The shower products were awesome and had amazing fragrance. The only issue is the sewer smell from the bathroom drainage which I recommend to use bleach or stronger product to combat the bad smell. Overall we had a good stay with the quaint and rustic unit."

"Fine to stay"
