"From the street it seems wonderful, with its 4 stars and beautiful hall. Then you entrer the room door and it is horrible: the room stinks, the bathroom is old, broken, dirty; the mattress is painful. I wanted to cry and escape but luckly we had to stay for just one night."

"Amazing value for money, just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Great breakfast and helpful staff. my first time here but I will use it again for sure. No air con but you are 1000m high here so sleeping at night even in August was OK"
