Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 360 Suites - One Bedroom, seaside Luxury, sleep 4 persons with 1 king bed and 1 queen size pullout couch. Fully equipped kitchen, ac, smart tv and complimentary kayaks, shared between the other units. The property is located on the NORTHSIDE of Caye Caulker, just 2 minutes walk from the split to Split. There are 2 ferry companies that runs between the split Island, just 2 minutes ride. Peaceful and quite side of the Island!

A backyard with hammocks, outside shower and a picnic table. A private beach, fishing off the dock, NO SWIMMING here. Crocodiles have been spotted in Caye Caulker. Swim at south split.

Big decks, sea Breeze, sunrise & sunset view, it's paradise!

Option to combine the other 1 bedroom and the 4 bedroom penthouse upstairs. Sleeping up to 20 guests, inquiry for these options if you have a larger group.

Wonderful property and location. It had everything we needed for our stay. My family enjoyed the kayaks and sitting on the patio taking in the sunrise. Communication was excellent and the assistance with arrival the property was perfect in getting there seamlessly.
