Staff was very helpful from arranging transport for airport to advice (and a golf cart pickup) on local food options. They have their own boat to pick up on South Island. Perfect location for me. Great pizza delivered to my room. So much good food and great beaches and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Simple, good WiFi, cold AC. All I needed. However if an occasional gecko, roach, or some pealing paint ruins your day this may not be the place for you.
