"Was there for one night only. For that the experience was good. Had to wait for over 2 hours to get dinner, the hotel kitchen was full. No options to dine out on a Sunday night either so had to bear the long wait. Plenty of amenities and spacious and comfortable room."

"Pretty typical older three star property. First of all though, the location is perfect and the price is reasonable for Cayenne where hotels are mostly overpriced. The daytime staff were great, friendly and helpful. The night and weekend staff didn't want to be bothered. The staff should know, for example, the locations of restaurants that are open on Sunday. How do you expect guests to know? If we lived here we wouldn't be at your hotel. Very unhelpful in this category. The wifi was fast...

"The hotel is under construction, which sums up the experience. Water was dripping in the hall way and in the toilet in my room. Had to ask for towels to be provided in room on day 1. No cleaning of room took place on at least one day. Staff were friendly and helpful, which was the saving grace."
