"This hotel Is outstanding. The situation inside the Castle citeé in breathtaking and safe! Quietly luxurious with amazing staff. The cocktail bar is relaxing with talented bar staff. I enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu in the Michelin restaurant- the service and food were exceptional - sad to leave but I will definitely return in 2026. Merci beaucoup x"

"The hotel is charming. The staff was gracious and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely - fresh and delicious buffet with plenty of options. Don’t miss the store off the reception area with lots of local treats to take home. "

"Im more upset with Expedia for this experience. This hotel was listed as Carcasonne and we should have done a little more homework but we were strapped for time. This hotel is located nowhere near where we wanted to be (the heart of Carcasonne). It was a $40cdn uber and when we decided to eat the cost of the hotel and go somewhere closer the ubers were not coming out that far. The hotel itself is fine but has a very cold almost robotic feel. This place would be fine for a single or perhaps a couple backpacking and only requiring a nights rest before moving on. There is no checkin staff, you use a pin code that was not included by expedia. The room was tiny, very small beds (I mean very small). Literally rolling over you will fall on the floor. It was clean and new, modern, but we will not be staying at a BB again. "
