"The corner room had a good ocean view and bridges. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and bars with live bad nearby. Price is right approx. $35.00 The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation. Long wait for elevators, one is always broken. Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak. If you can pass the elevators smells. It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location. "

"We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. "

"I got charged twice for same room payed for it on expedia than they told me there not using them anymore so i had no choice but to pay then cash for some room i thought i already payed for i asked them why they havent taken there ad off Expedia they say its advertisements but i havent got reimbursed yet! "Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

"The location of the place is excellent, making it convenient for various activities. However, there is one drawback that needs to be addressed. The room is plagued by numerous small flying bugs, which seem to be originating from the nearby garbage room. Consequently, the bugs invade the room whenever the door is opened. Stay there for 7 days and if those days I want to change the Sheets and clean the place I have to pay additional tha paying daily it’s insane "

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items...
