"Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

"First let me start by saying Joaralyn was a great host. She made check-in and out very easy for us. Upon arrival the unit was very clean, warm and inviting. It also over looked the pool which we enjoyed using almost everyday. It is perfectly located, with grocery stores, coffee shops/restaurants all within walking distances.
