The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. They provided us with a generous welome pack and we enjoyed a couplemof breakfasts with them too. "Over night stay on the way to Leon. The hotel is set in the mountains. We found it to be charming, extremely well kept, and a nice change from city based hotels. The welcome was warm and it was nice to have a beer with the locals while we watched a little soccer. "

"Hands down my favorite stay of all the places we stayed from Oviedo to Santiago. Although it's a few kilometers short of town, staying here was the best decision we made along the Camino Primitivo. The rooms are simple and perfect. The staff are gracious and generous. The view is incredible. The hotel's unlabeled wine was the best I had in Spain. I would return just to visit this lovely hotel again."
