"I reserved and paid ahead for a 2 QN bed ada accessible room (for 3 guests) only to be told at check in that they had us listed for a King room. The clerk then said they over sold our room type. I double checked my reservation and it clearly showed 2QN, Ada. The clerk switched us to a 2QN but not Ada. I'm sure she could tell I was not going to accept a King. After a long day of driving I was not happy with the issue experienced. "
