The room looks like it had recently been renovated but gave a dirty feeling since messes hadn't been picked up up during renovation, ie paint spots on the floors/bedding. Also had dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door from the previous guest. The staff we did encounter were polite and accommodating.

I liked that it's close to my relatives. I didn't like the noisy air conditioner on the ceiling. The grout in the bathroom is dirty (poorly applied). No elevator! I had to manage a huge suitcase to the second floor. The staff was ok (no complaints). I cancelled my reservation after one night.

Smelled like cigarettes even though it said it was a no smoking hotel and was dirty in the room, stains on bed sheets, nasty spots on lamps, debris in the drawer by the bed, pieces of stuff on floor, carpet had stains on it. Literally the only reason I stayed was because I was so exhausted I didn't trust in driving to another hotel.

There’s no way a hotel like this should have a $100 deposit to stay there. I could see if it was the holiday inn or something but absolutely not this place and the lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful

It smelt funny, they gave us a dirty room, the microwave barely worked. There was also a $100 deposit that was not clear online, and I still havent gotten it back... its been only about 4 days, im in NEED of it (the transaction says its still pending too, but i dont have any of that money).The cool air and heat stopped working half-way through our 6 day stay. The people at the desk were nice enough, but they didn't have much to eat for breakfast either.
