"Great location."

"The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall."

"The place was nice but only had one towel. The sheets were not clean. The floor was dusty an I smelled like cigarettes. I texted the host twice and they never responded "

"WOW!!! Coming from busy Central Florida into such a peaceful laid-back atmosphere was a real treat. A totally cozy comfortable setting nestled at the end of a Lane of hickory trees, The view across miles of farmland really sets the pace for peace and quiet. There is a stove and fully loaded kitchen if you want to cook but for us it is only about seven or eight miles from some very decent restaurants, Shannon was the best host you could ask for! He is close by but right there if needed."

"Great location to walk to downtown Cedar Falls."

"Very nice, cool, clean with a good location. A little awkward getting in the house due to parking and the steps in would not be good for elderly or handicapped. Very sparse on kitchen equipment-bare minimum. But all in all the beds were nice and shower great."

"Loved this place - convenient if needing to be in Cedar Falls or Waterloo!! Very clean & comfortable. Will rebook to stay again!!"

"A great low-cost option in a great location."

"Beautiful home, perfect for a family weekend!!!!Lots of cozy spaces to relax in and loved the deck"

"Very walkable to go out for dinner and drinks. A little loud below on the street until late but it didn’t bother us. We have family that just moved to town so we will definitely stay there again."

"Clean room, no problem checking in and really enjoyed location. Nice not dealing with craziness of hotel happening!"

"Most things were broken and the hosts were near unreachable. Good idea to splurge on something better. "

"Our stay at this property was terrible. The first thing we noticed was that the picture posted on the VRBO site for the unit we rented for 2 nights is not at all the same unit we had. We were certainly deceived to find that the owners were posting pictures of a beautiful unit to only give you a unit that is a complete dump! The room smelled of smoke. We killed two spiders in the bathtub and found a web of spiders above the TV and on the floor baseboards. The bathroom floor had been painted...

"We have stayed in this house a couple of times now and if works perfectly with so many beds and rooms, along with the bigger kitchen and dining area. Close proximity to UNI makes it easily accessible. Hope to continue to stay here regularly. The house has character and history too which always makes it fun."

"Location worked for our needs. Listed had a travel crib but didnt have one in house. Messaged Jack but no reaponse. Had to buy one."
