"Solo trip to visit my son at Miami University. Pleasant, cozy, had everything I needed - Easy to regulate the heat, open some windows to let a breeze in, etc. Downstairs visitors came and went and while I heard some of their movements or talking, none was bothersome at all. Quiet in the evenings and mornings. Beautiful setting on a hillside farm with goats in a pen that you can visit. The main house is also on the property and while friendly, the people coming and going kept to themselves. So...

"The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!"

"Convenient to Miami University; stayed 3 nights while visiting son at school. Excellent communication from owner and easy check in. Rooms were very comfortable and the unit has everything one would need during their stay. The coffee options were a nice touch and appreciated! No issues with parking. As others have noted, traffic noise is noticeable at times but was not unbearable and quieted down as it got later. "

"I wish the listing was a little clearer. It stated 3 bedrooms. It did say that 2 of the beds were pull out couches and 1was in the iving room and another was the study, but you had to go further into the details to find this. It was a great place and would fit a family better than couples."

"Great location if you have an event at Spooky Nook.House was clean and some updates (paint, flooring, washer/dryer). It is old, very musty smelling. We found spiders, big beetles, smashed spider on the blind in the bedroom. Dead beetle in the crock pot!!One dish towel which we went and bought a 3pk and left there for the next guest. The 2 loveseats in the LR have no legs on them so basically sitting on the floor. Bedrooms are all upstairs (very steep). Larger bdrm has a broken couch. One...
