"The property was nice - the bedposts were broken and definitely some wear on the furniture ( note to people planning on staying- they don't provide powdered creamer for the two Keurig pods of coffee allotted also no salt and pepper), check in was easy. The fireplace did not work- this was especially disappointing. The property manager did not respond to text messages and the first phone call I made he assured me it would be fixed. No one showed up to fix it, and he did not answer later...

When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch. "The host and welcome gifts were above & beyond our expectations. Very kind & attentive. We have been renting places for 20 years for our family Christmas gathering. This house was our favorite so far. It was extremely clean, well organized and had all the amenities to make our stay perfect. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and they all have night stands on both sides of the bed with charging ports. And lots of drawer & closet space. "Place was clean, beds are comfortable, newer and well appointed. While we did not use, lots of stuff to make staying with littles easier. Easy communication with management team! Good location for SLC and Sundance "
