The condo was perfect for our family as we spent 5 days going back and forth between Sleeping Bear Dunes, Good Harbor Beach (only a 5 minute drive and a BEAUTIFUL beach) and Traverse City. The property was clean and in good shape. Everything was great and we would stay again!
Very nice townhome that was close to everything. The master bed needs to be replaced, it's concave and shows it's age. The 2nd bedroom has a much newer bed, so hopefully the master will be swapped out soon. We actually moved rooms to the 2nd bedroom as we were struggling to sleep on the master. Aside from that, all in all a very nice place to sleep as you'll be running around during the day. Pro-tip: use Sugarloaf the old course as your GPS destination and then just take the road down to the town homes.
This rental was perfect for my parents, my husband, and myself. Spacious and clean. Location was very ideal, 15 minutes from Leland and 30 minutes from Traverse City. The listing did mention that there was a grill available which unfortunately was not accurate. However, Tammy responded very quickly to my message and allowed me to use the grill at a nearby rental that was not occupied. I would definitely book this rental again if I were to return to this area.

Nice place. Love the quiet and the grounds. Even when the pool is full of people you can't really hear them. Mostly good amenities.
Could not get the TV to work and it took 4 days to get someone out to help. Sad, threadbare bath towels and no towels or sponges in the kitchen.
That ghostly abandoned resort is awful but once past that it is a nice area.
Clean, roomy, WiFi, washer/dryer, pool, fireplace, two lovely in-suite bedrooms. Convenient to Traverse City, to Interlochen, and the airport. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice stay close to Sleeping Bear and Traverse City
Good property located about 20 mins from Sleeping Bear and all Traverse City restaurants and attractions. Glen Arbor and Sutton's Bay are also a short drive away which was great. The house is well-maintained with all kitchen appliances and essentials available. It was comfortable for 5 adults, 2.5 baths are an added advantage.
The only issue was the mattress on the pull-out bed, it seems old and thin which was causing the springs to protrude out and cause some discomfort. We had to top it with all available blankets and bedding in the house to make it better. Apart from that, it was a great stay and a very convenient location for all attractions in the Traverse City area.
