You will have all the comforts of home including 2 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave and air fryer/toaster oven. The unit balcony is overlooking the park and golf of Mexico.. Seafood restaurants serve amazing fresh local seafood. Enjoy a fishing trip, go dolphin watching on sunset cruise, enjoy shopping and art shows. Take a short drive to Crystal River and swim with manatees
This condo will allow you relax and enjoy the island. Drink your cup of coffee or your glass of wine on your balcony looking over the golf waters. This unit is tastefully decorated with Oceanside decor . All comforts of home including full kitchen and comfortable bed. Take a walk on dock street just steps away from the condo, stop by the Deck for music and great drinks, get dropped off for couple hours on uninhabited island and have a picnic.
This island is amazing and will take you back to a simpler slower time in your life where you were able to breathe in the ocean air and relax . This is a larger efficiency 500 sf with full kitchen and a walk in shower. Park place is located just a minute to the small beach. As you are sitting on your balcony you are looking over the park and the water
Crystal river is only 30 minutes drive where you can swim with manatees in the springs. Enjoy your ocean view condo!
If you are coming before 6pm, office will get you set up with the key, if after 6 pm, we will send you access code
You are always welcome to call or text or contact on the app

Pet friendly park across the street. Provides poop bags. Pet protective furniture blankets in room. Studio was super clean and the kitchen had all needs covered except dishwasher. We used paper plates.
