"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

"The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained and the grounds were very clean! I definitely recommend this place. It was an awesome experience."

"We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!"

Nice weber grill to cook on, well stocked kitchen, and a comfortable, spacious living room. Nice washer and dryer pre-stocked with Tide Pods is great to wash your riding kit. Love the location with the large yard and fire pit. Super convenient to Dupont and a short drive to Brevard. Detached 2 car garage is perfect for storing the bikes and extra handy in case you get...

"Gorgeous long range mountain views. Beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Bathroom was huge. Quiet serene place. Host was most accommodating, supplying everything i asked for. He responds promptly. Recommended an excellent tire repair shop when i needed one."

"The perfect spot for our weekend golf trip with the boys. Plenty of games and entertainment for everyone to hangout and have fun. The beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. We plan to come back next year."
