This home is conveniently 7 minutes to downtown Cedar Rapids… 5 minutes to Lindale Mall ..3 Minutes from Marion. Tucked in a wooded semi-private acreage the home features 3 Bedrooms upstairs with a Master Bedroom with its own bathroom , plenty of closet space and walk out of 2 patio doors onto the balcony.

A combo washer and dryer unit has been installed as well next to the bathroom in the hall between the other two bedrooms .The living room features Vaulted Ceilings with plenty of natural light and a walk out deck where you may see Deer , Turkey and other types of wild life. The downstairs has a Queen Bed as well as its own fireplace laundry area and full kitchen with walkout basement. Conveniently located and plenty of room for a couple families to live in comfortably without being on top of one another. The upstairs kitchen has a movable island as well as granite countertops next to the dining area.
