"We enjoyed several aspects of our visit, particularly the location near Thanksgiving Point and the great customer service. The breakfast host was engaging and attentive, the pool and spa were clean, and the front desk team was always pleasant when we requested extra toiletries. However, cleanliness is a noticeable weak point. Our room’s shower had hair from previous guests, the drain emitted a noticeable odor at first, and the refrigerator had not been wiped out. The staff was kind enough to let us inspect other rooms, but they shared similar issues with sticky furniture and overlooked cleaning. If you plan on doing laundry during your stay, note that there is only one washer/dryer unit available, so timing can be tricky."
