Mix up pre-arrival with the room payment meant personal funds had to be used to cover a work assignment- they could have done better in this regard. "Beautiful Resort complete with lake, swimming pool, wonderfully warm Spa, Restaurant and Bar. Mini golf, Kid's Water Park, Tennis Court, Volleyball court. I loved it and stayed for weeks. My room was comfortable, spacious, modern with walk-in shower, kitchenette, dishwater and coffee machine. The staff are so warm, friendly, welcoming and provide exceptional service. I was very happy there and highly recommend it. "
