"Very nice rental. It was a cool old property (old bank I think) that has partially been converted to a living space. Lots of character and conversion was well done. Well stocked with everything you would need for a stay. So much nicer than a hotel stay. Walking distance to malt shop and IGA grocery. Town is super quiet and low key. Stairs to second floor are steep so a consideration if you have someone that has difficulties. We had no issues."

"The photos tell almost all, but what I didn't see in them was the whole house intercom system that can play music through the whole house and allow you to communicate with people in other parts of the house. Granted, the intercom part didn't seem to be working, but the radio did. It was cool, because I grew up with friends who had these in their homes. It brought back memories. "Great location! Quiet neighborhood, park in walking distance. House was very clean. There is a grill in the backyard that you can use. Also a fire pit out there as well. Comfortable beds and just overall cute little comfortable place to stay! Is a must and will be staying here every time I come to Dayton!!"

"I stayed at this cute little house with my husband, brother and sister-in-law. We wanted to do 2 days of biking. This house is VERY close to the Xenia Station in Xenia, Ohio that has a convergence of multiple bike trails. So it would be perfect if you needed a stopping place along one of those trails or if like us, you just wanted multiple choices for some long rides.
