The independent villa, has 3 apartments, and 1 studio ideal for groups of friends, relatives and families who want to spend a cultural and fun holiday in a group, near the sea, with the possibility thanks to the garden to be able to feast and eat group , also allowing children to play in total safety in our children's area while adults enjoy a nice outdoor grill, while enjoying each of their own apartment.

The Magnolia apartment is located on the first floor of the villa adjacent to the Gardenia apartment. The apartment consists of a comfortable double bedroom with wardrobe and window to the garden; large and bright living room with 2 sofa beds, table, chairs and TV and window; comfortable and windowed kitchen with fridge, espresso machine, table and chairs; comfortable bathroom with shower, washing machine and window. The apartment has air conditioning, linens, towels, washing machine, mosquito nets, and free WI-FI.
Guests have access to a large garden with barbecue tables and chairs for outdoor dining, relaxation area, children's play area, 1 parking space for each apartment, outdoor shower, vegetable garden where you can pick up our totally organic nature products.

4 stelle e non 5 per due motivi 1) posizione della casa sulla statale quindi non il massimo per via del traffico e di possibili rumori anche se il nostro appartamento era sul lato opposto della casa 2) appartamenti molto vicini e poca privacy fra gli inquilini percui bisogna essere fortunati con gli ospiti.. cose positive: 1) vicino al mare, anche se con scalinata semplice all'andata un po' più faticosa specie a mezzogiorno. porta alla parte finale della spiaggia di cefalù. e' una spiaggia di sabbia con vista magnifica su cefalù e bellissimo mare con decisamente meno persone che nelle spiagge più vicine alla cittadina 2) passeggiata di 15 minuti per arrivare in centro ma gradevole se fatta lungomare 3) appartamento curato nel quale siamo stati bene in 5 e padrona di casa molto disponibile e presente per le varie esigenze. a disposizione anche l'orto! 4) supermercato vicinissimo e ottima pasticceria/gelateria/self service vicinissima che abbiamo sfruttato molto

Ruim appartement op loopafstand van het strand

Hartelijke ontvangst en attente eigenaresse. Helaas ligt het huis aan de drukke doorgaande weg. Appartement is volledig en goed ingericht met 1 slaapkamer en 1 woonkamer met bedden. Loopafstand naar het strand is ca 15 minuten via een steile weg of een trap van 100 treden. Cefalu is een aanrader!

Kinderfreundlich, unkompliziert, 30 min Panoramaspaziergang nach Cefalù

Sehr unkomplizierte Vermieter, im Garten Spielplatz für Kinder und Sitzecke, da kein Balkon. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da (5 Monate und 4 Jahre) Es ist leise, trotz Straße und Bahngleisen. Der Weg nach Cefalù entlang der Promenade ist ganz schön (30 min), zum Strand ist es 10-15 min. Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Proprietari cordiali e casa spaziosa

La casa è molto spaziosa e circondata da un bel giardinetto con parcheggio. In poco tempo si arriva al mare, mentre il centro storico dista una mezz'oretta a piedi. I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili.

superbe séjour chez Fabienne...

nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites à cefalu.... l'appartement était parfait et conforme aux photos. Fabienne et ses parents sont des personnes adorables. La plage était superbe et surtout calme par rapport au chaos du centre... merci a vous Abbiamo passato 2 settimane perfete. L'appartamento era bello e como sulle foto. Fabiene e i suoi genitori sono verramente de gentile personne. la spaggia era perfeta e riposante. il centro non e lontano grazie per tutto.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT PRES DE LA PLAGE

Appartement situé au rez de chaussé d'une grande et jolie villa couleur ocre avec parking fermé sur place et petit jardin privatif. Il est très spacieux, une grande cuisine, une chambre et une grande salle a manger/salon avec canapé lit et futon. Très propre, bien équipé, peintures neuves, il a été décoré et meublé avec goût, très agréable à vivre. Il est très bien situé, et d'un accès facile à une très belle plage à pied (10mn). Le centre ville de cefalù est accessible également à pied (30mn) ou en voiture . Fabiene et son mari nous ont accueillis avec un très grand sourire, ils sont tous les deux charmants et Fabiene est vraiment disponible pour nous donner des renseignement si nécessaire (visites à faire aux alentours de Cefalù) Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour chez eux. Nous conseillons fortement cette location. Carolle,Hervé,Marie, Lisa (Dordogne FRANCE)

Ottimo soggiorno!

La casa è confortevole e Fabiene e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La casa è in una zona strategica e vicinissima al centro di Cefalù ed è tranquilla. E' dotata di parcheggio interno e giardino da godere all'interno..... Ho apprezzato tantissimo la professionalità di Fabiene e tornerei volentieri presto a Cefalù alloggiando da Fabiene. Cefalù è stupenda!!! Grazie di tutto!!! Francesco

Appartement à Cefalù

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à Cefalù. L'appartement est agréable et confortable. Il dispose d'une place de parking privative. Il est possible d'aller au centre ville à pied. Mme Dispenza est vraiment très sympathique. Merci à elle de nous avoir aidés quand nous étions un peu perdu à Cefalù.
