"Perfekt place for a big family"

"This villa is perfect for a family stay, total 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bd/ba in a separate house. We stayed in April and our pool was heated, we enjoyed swimming even though it was cool weather. Location is very nice. 3 very good restaurants in walking distance. We were going to Cefalu quite often for lunch/dinner and beach. Huge backyard for kids to run around and play structures. 2 large outdoor tables for alfresco eating."

"This property gave us and a fellow family lots of space to enjoy the Sicilian sun. The pool was great as was the view towards the surrounding hills and the sea. It was nice to experience a somewhat cooler climate than down the sea. On the downside, it took us half an hour to drive up and down the hill to get fresh bread in the morning. The property is somewhat run-down with the odd gadget not working. The owner tried to fix everything though. This is not a luxury property but I would recommend...

"We stayed for 9 nights at the end of July 2024 and had a lovely time. The accommodation is great and large enough for a family of 9 (teens +). The host is brilliant and personally met us despite arriving at midnight. A car is needed to get to any amenities, but within a few minutes drive there are plenty of restaurants and the beaches are fabulous. Recommend a visit and boat trip from Cefalu."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home while in Cefalu. The view of the city are incredible and it is a 3-5 minute drive to the city center. "

"Place is ok. But too many aspects that didn’t make it great for us. Linen had to be paid for and was not of great quality. Bath cannot be used which means precarious standing in bath for poor flow shower. No shower screen or partition between shower spray and rest of the room. It seems like a moan, we were comfortable but could have been so much better than it was. I believe the owner should consider spending some money on the place and improving it."

"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich gut. Wer Low Budget reist, findet hier eine Option. Allerdings traten während des Buchungsprozesses unerwartete Kosten auf (16/Person für Handtücher, 3/Person/Tag für Strom). Zudem war der Pool entgegen der Erwartung erst ab Juli geöffnet. Der Pool war der Grund für unsere Buchung. Absolute Enttäuschung! Das hakelige Einfahrtstor sorgte für zusätzliche Wartezeiten und beim Gasherd funktionierte eine Flamme nicht.
