Trullo La Succulenta - Le Case di Valentina

Trullo La Succulenta is a magnificent complex of trulli near Ceglie Messapica on the road that leads to San Michele Salentino, in one of the most fascinating places in the Itria Valley.

The villa is the result of a careful restoration work recently completed, developed with the aim of preserving the ancient stone structure, providing it with all the comforts.
But what differentiates this structure is undoubtedly the lush and well-kept garden that develops around the spectacular saltwater infinity pool located right in front of the trulli. The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October; it is possible to request to anticipate the opening and/or postpone the closing with an extra cost of 200€. Around the pool, lush nature: a citrus grove, a grape variety, several olive trees and a garden of succulents from which the villa takes its name. In the green area there is also a gazebo with a large dining area, a stone barbecue available to guests, two showers and various corners with seats to fully enjoy nature. It is also completely fenced with traditional dry stone walls and a comfortable sidewalk that allows you to take wonderful walks. Ideal for those who travel with their pets and want the security of a fenced garden. In the structure there is video surveillance, cameras connected to security (outside only). In the kitchen there is induction only for 2 burners and a small dishwasher.

LIVING AREA
Inside the trulli there is the living area with entrance, dining room, living room with pool view and a kitchenette (equipped with an undercounter fridge, induction stove with 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine). The area is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub.

SLEEPING AREA
In the main building there are 2 large double bedrooms that share a bathroom.
In the lamia next to the trulli there are 2 additional double bedrooms with independent access and en suite bathroom.

The villa is equipped with all the comforts such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, alarm system and surveillance; it is also equipped with heating and therefore perfectly usable even in the winter months.

City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season

At the time of check-in, you will be required to show a photo ID and to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.


The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 17 to 20. Arrivals after 20 are subject to payment of a supplement: between 21 and midnight of 50€, between midnight and 2 of 80€.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, an amount equal to 200€ will be charged.



If the booked apartment is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and a cleaning fee and a deposit of 200€ will be required in case of any damage.


PROPERTY REGULATIONS
Groups of young people are not accepted, especially if there are minors who are not accompanied by their parents. Age will be verified upon check-in.


The pool is open from 1/5 to 15/10. Early openings/late closings must be agreed and may include an extra fee of 200.00 euros.

Extra sheets and towels half way through the stay: 10,00€ per person.
