"So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

"The apartment is just as described. Cleaner(s) do an excellent job. Furnishings are comfortable and in great shape. Views to the water from both levels are outstanding. Location is gated, and security is very friendly. Had no noise issues at all. Communication with manager was easy."

"Spacious property great for our family’s first visit to the Rincón area. Property manager was responsive with any questions or issues. Nice pool area with access to a small, calm beach where you can snorkel. Amazing sunset and ocean views. Access to the unit’s entrance was a bit tricky to figure out but did so by trial and error. Overall good value for a cool location when traveling with family or group. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very well cleaned, very well equipped with kitchen and beach items and then some more. The roof top was our absolute favorite. The communication with Ines was great. There were 8 of us staying and it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful and clean, with views of the ocean and mountains. The bedrooms had AC which was nice at night. The living room did not have AC, but with the sliders open there was a nice breeze off of the ocean. There are also fans if needed, but we found it stayed very comfortable, even with temps in the 90s during the day. The fridge had filtered water and an ice maker. Washer and dryer were nice. The condo had security and a locked gate, but the neighborhood...
