"Great location with restaurants and bars close by and short distance to Old San Juan. The place was clean and just as advertised with all the amenities needed. Communication prior to arrival and check out date was good, however, I texted asking for info about activities and tours and never heard back. Overall good experience."

"The fridge leaked inside, the stovetop area was too small so it made it hard to use both burners at the same time because the pots & pans would turn off the stove & need new pans.it would also be nice to add some screens to the sliding door to get some air flow without inviting the mosquitos in.other than that it was really nice."

"This hotel was exactly what I expected. At first I was afraid because the hallways weren’t nice looking so u thought my room wasn’t going to meet my expectations, but I must say the room beautiful completely different from what yonder when you first arrive at the hotel. I had the 2ned 2bath suite with an ocean view and it was clean and well decorated. I felt at home. The only down side to this hotel was the pool was closed. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon. "

"It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful property that is very clean and well kept. The closeness to a really good beach at Ocean Park huge plus. The neighborhood is rough. It is obviously moving in the right direction, but if you are not used to a city living it might seem unsafe. I never felt unsafe, but I am from Chicago and used to this type of neighborhood."
