I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable nightās sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

The Krone hotel is a great place perfectly located. There is a shared kitchen room with a refrigerator and a microwave and coffee maker which was air-conditioned. The staff was great The only drawback was that we were right on the street and it was pretty loud.

"What a beautiful, wonderful stay! The hotel is gorgeous and right next to the train station. As soon as we checked in our luggage was immediately taken and placed in our rooms and we were handed drinks. They provided a daily newspaper of activities and weather for each day and the terrace for drinks ..."
