Perfect and beautiful view of sunset, right on the water, ocean view, clean and comfy stay, massage was great, only thing is the parking is not on the property and is out on the open. But a place to surely stay and experience quite and peaceful moment.

From my early arrival, Alejandra made me feel so welcome and at home. If you are looking for luxury, move on, but if you are looking for warmth, hospitality, simplicity, cleanliness that meets Co-Vid standards and the perfect, affordable beach location, this it it! Within easy walking distance of the town central park, too, with friendly locals manning the local shops! Even found a laundry on the same street. Would definitely return for an extended period of time to this locally owned gem!

The hotel was just great and the staff was so lovely and helpful and kind. The pool was fantastic and beds super comfortable. It’s a little out of town so you need a car and I would bring what you need with you from Merida but it was just perfect for our week on the beach.

We liked the property and the privacy there. The service people are very friendly, The food is good but could be a bit more fancy. The quality of the offeredtea ( tea bags of the simplest) would have to be improved. Please compare the offer of other 5 stars hotels in the world.

Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity. It is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. I loved our tranquil room with sky-high ceilings, lovely tile work, and a view of a garden outside our window.
