"Loved this property and the staff. Excellent service and nice rooms. The only change I would make is to tear up the carpet and replace with tile or wood floors. As for the area outside the property, it was dirty - but I felt like all of Rome was dirtier than I have ever seen it. "

"Checked in with staff at the bar at coming out. Easy check in process and convenient location. Set up a shuttle service through them which was very easy. Room was clean and cleaned daily if you’d like. Came with a water bottle and nespresso machine/pods and complimentary Prosecco at the bar which was a nice spot for a drink and snack/happy hour. AC, modern shower, comfy bed! Only downside was loud bar downstairs and bright room without good curtain. (both we read about in advance) but was fine...

"It was ok for our short stay, nowhere to sit and have a nice drink, and no staff after 6pm. Also when booked checking out time was 11am, the morning we were leaving we were told we had to be out of the room by 9am."

"The hotel was just beautiful in the perfect location steps from the Colosseum. Staff was extremely friendly. The room was a bit small but I was expecting that. It is beautiful. Definitely recommend you staying there."

"Just steps to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roman Forum and the Metro station. Restaurant"s abound nearby, but the restaurant of this hotel is Uniquely Fabulous full of Art. Great breakfast and Friendly staff. Royally gorgeous room and bathroom and also spacious."

"It was a good option, but it was a Bed with no Breakfast and they were announced as Hotel. Clean service was not available on Sunday and they don’t change towels frequently."
