There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

Brautiful area around, lake , forest for running, nature fitness, playground for children, great thermal spa and pools, great restaurants(raspberry soup)etc."

"The food is great and the service is excellent.The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too.beside that we had a great time in the spa."
