He was also very helpful in directing us to the house and then setting up a drive back to the ferry. The property itself is incredible. "Very good communication before and during stay. The owner met us at the property on arrival and delivered a very concise brief of the property and surrounding area. He also came in most days to service the swimming pool etc. The property is ideally located, only a 20 minute drive into Naples. Would deffinately recommend it to friends etc."

"We booked this place primarily because of the private pool. It was green upon arrival and we were told it would be fixed the next day. It was not and was never even looked at the whole time we were there. We asked for money back for that and other problems there were with the property. Like a sink leaking, doors being unable to be unlocked from the bedroom which in America would be a fire hazard. For a place that sleeps 13 there were four normal chairs outside. So we would constantly have to...

"Large comfy villa with superb pool and outdoor areas to enjoy. Beautiful gardens and stunning views of the sea with complete privacy. We hired a car to get around the island for day trips but there are a few good quality restaurants a short 10 min walk down the hill towards the sea front. Di Meglio Pizzeria and La Sciavica were both superb. La Mortella gardens were a 1 min walk from the villa and a must see as they are amazing. Would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil spot to enjoy Ischia...

"Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed."

"The host and the villa were wonderful. Follow his advice on where to go and where to eat. Moos Si restaurant was a good recommendation. Beach is close and very nice. The village is kind of sketchy - I wouldn't walk around at night alone."

So beautiful and quiet with only a short walk down to the rocks at the bottom of the garden allowing you to jump straight into the sea, but the villa also came with a salt water pool and jacuzzi. Gio filled the fridge with wine and Prosecco and a bowl of home grown vegetables and fruit. The zucchini and tomatoes kept coming through the week. "The property was amazing and the cleanest home I have ever stayed in with the exception of my home, of course. The management was helpful in every way possible with transportation, recommendations for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. The staff was friendly, courteous and provided excellent breakfasts, snacks and various foods from their kitchen gardens. The views were spectacular and all the rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Would come back every year if possible!"
