"The room was not cleaned they were spraying bug spray spray paint the room smelled of mold the television didnt work they wanted you to put in your own credentials to even watch television the tv in on side wouldnt even work there was no furniture flies all in there not my type of room. We left right after we seen the room and went down the road to super 8 motel which cost me $88. The room at the other place was $73.00 that I believe should of been returned to me cause we didnt stay there at all the room wasnt even ready at 2 and they were still in the room trying to clean it. It was filthy and stink"

Everything felt intentional and high-quality, including the bed - which was firm (exactly how I like it) and incredibly comfortable. I also met Gary, one of the owners, whose local tips are as top-tier as the gardening he does between the silos.A few "atmospheric" heads-ups for future guests:The Acoustic Experience: Being in a metal structure is charming, but when a heavy storm rolls in, the rain hitting the silo makes it feel like you’re a stray kernel inside a popcorn popper. It’s a very immersive, high-volume experience!The 6:30 AM Enthusiast: There is a neighbor with a white car and an aftermarket exhaust who is very proud of his engine. He serves as a mandatory weekday alarm clock at 6:30 AM sharp, followed, in my experience, by a brief train cameo.Even with the early wake-up call, this is a unique and well-appointed spot - definitely a strong contender for a rebook."
