"I have informed my last minute cancellation thru the email Hotel.com, due to unavaillabilitya of a non smoking room. They showed me the smoking room and the room was unhealthy, the bed has alot yellowish spot, the bathroom looks an old bathroom. I was very dissapointed and tired. Now, I am waiting from Hotel.com. of my cancellatiion at Puri Jaya Hotel. "

"It was average. Not western standards. Staff were excellent.
Condition of room was well used with no fridge to keep medications. Had the reception to look after medications.
You pay what you get.
They were polite but photos were deceiving."
