"I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best. The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels. Another great feature is that the property is connected to three sister hotels, and guests can enjoy all the amenities across them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. Unfortunately, we had to return to Canada because of my kids’ school, otherwise I would have gladly stayed another week. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families"

"Warning warning warning this blade is horrific and should not come here we only stayed one night as we had no choice but checked out the very next morning. The staff are unhelpful and extremely rude the place is filthy the beds are infested with ants there is limited food and in the restaurant the plates and cutlery are not washed properly there are hidden charges they don’t tell you about when booking and this place is falsely advertised as a 5 star I wouldn’t even give it a one it’s in the middle of a building site miles from anything you are basically trapped there I’ve never in my life experienced somwhere so awful "

"Красивый отель, дорогие интерьеры, немного требуется обновление, ренновация. Смутили в зоне ресторана обшарпанные столы. На фоне дорогих люстр, смотрится нелепо. Требуется заменить. В целом, блюда вкусные и разнообразные, персонал заботливый и отзывчивый. Кровати удобные, но жесткие подушки! Самы лучший спа , на мой взгляд, по сравнению с другими отелями в Сиде. Спасибо, очень понравилось. Пляж рядом с отелем, песчаный, чистый.Приедем снова "
