"This place was awesome. Made it feel like you were out in nature while walking around the grounds. The underwater pool, was quite the experience and the storybook ice cream parlor was amazing and so was the ice cream. Highly recommend this place."

"I love these hotel it was so beautiful, the rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. The location is perfect right in front of the plaza and everything is close within walking distance, the city is amazing with so much history and beautiful architecture, the staff at the hotel were so helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. For sure on my next visit to Valladolid and staying at this amazing hotel."

"The property is very nice, the restaurant serves good food, and the parking is excellent. However, in my room, the water pressure in the shower was very low, and it took a long time for the water to get hot; also, the towels were very old."

"Absolutely amazing setting! We stayed in the ‘museum’ part. Gorgeous gardens. According to my husband, ‘a cross between faded elegance and somewhat abandoned. Big room with a 4 poster bed, high ceilings and solid wooden shutters. "
